Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • To request a return, contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, used press-on nails or nail art products are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once your request is approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error was on our end.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only applicable for defective or incorrect items, subject to availability.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only if they have not been shipped.
